ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:. Knowledge of departmental Guest Service Standards. Knowledge of casino promotions. Assist Beverage Team Members in aspects of beverage operations including the essential functions of the Bar Back, Bartender, Beverage Server, and Beverage Supervisor. Stock and organize all bar products. Description: Under the direction of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the Beverage Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders for beverages and serving them to guests in lounges or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, while circulating throughout assigned areas on a continuous basis.

• Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds constantly
• Must have the ability to frequently reach above and below the shoulder, stand and walk for up to four hours
• Must be able to possess the manual dexterity to grip necessary items (glasses, pens, garnishments, money, etc.)
• Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and twist when serving beverages
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including second hand smoke
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
